Maróthy-Kastélykúria – Egy patinás magyar nemesi család által épített birtok Sárvár és Bükfürdő között

A KASTÉLYKÚRIA:
A Maróthy-kastélykúria a Vas megyei Zsédenyben áll. Telek mérete: 13.243 nm, épület mérete 1.450 nm. Az épület rel. jó állapotú, de részlegesen felújítandó.

Tervezői szakvélemény alapján a meglévő 750 nm +700 nm összterületű -földszint és tetőtér - műemléki épületen kívül a vonatkozó beépítési szabályok alapján még igény szerint további 3.090 nm területű épület kialakítására van lehetőség.

A Maróthy-kastélykúria földrajzi elhelyezkedése nagyon kedvező. A gyógyvízben -és fürdőkben gazdag Sárvártól és Bükfürdőtől egyaránt 10 km-re található. Távolsága Soprontól 45km, Eisenstadt-tól 60 km, Kőszegtől és Szombathelytől 26-26 km. Bécs, Pozsony 120 km, Budapest 200 km - ezen nagyvárosok központjából is 1,5-2 óra alatt elérhető az ingatlan.

A kúriát egy 1,3 hektáros arborétum-őspark öleli körül. A bekért szakértői vélemény alapján ezen terület alatt kb.1.000 m mélyen 34-36 C°-os gyógyvíz van, saját kút fúrása kivitelezhető.


A Káldy-Maróthy család 1890-ben romantikus-eklektikus stílusban epíttette a nyárilak-kúriát. A birtok, kúria megálmodója és építtetője feltehetően még Maróthy László volt, de a megépüléskor már Maróthy Győző a kúria tulajdonosa. A kúriát és a hozzá tartozó épületeket 1945-ig a Maróthy család birtokolta, majd azt követően államosításra került. A rendszerváltást követően a Fiedler család vásárolta meg és építtette újjá az épületet. Az épületben pár évvel ezelőttig étterem és hotel működött.

Stílus – romantikus eklektikus. Az épület külső arculata szépen harmonizál a környezettel. A kúria főbejárata előtti kocsialáhajtót elől négy, hátul kettő fejezetes négyzet-keresztmetszetű oszlop tartja. A főbejárat mellett balról és jobbról a Maróthy család és az Ajtay család címerei láthatók a falba építve. Az épületegyüttes sarkait fiáléra emlékeztető tornyocskák díszítik.
A kúria alaprajza kereszttengelyes, tetőzete kontyolt nyeregtető. A szobák mennyezete és a nagyobb felületű falak stukkódíszítésűek. Az épület egy izgalmas érdekessége az alsó társalgó egyik falába beépített monogramos téglagyűjtemény. A pincelejáró bejárati ajtaja rizalitszerű lépcsős pártázattal bír. Az épület nyílászárói keresztezettek, ablakait diszkrét könyöklővel és törtíves vagy derékszögben megtört szemöldökkel díszítettek.


MARÓTHY CSALÁD
A Maróthy-család kiemelkedő személyiségeket adott a magyar történelemnek. A teljesség igénye nélkül; A Maróthy név már a XIV század végén fellelhető - Maróthy János hadvezér 1391-ben kétszer nyert csatát a törökökkel szemben. Zsigmond király ezek után testőrévé tette és 1392-ben Pálülése aradi falut adta neki. Ő állította meg Pozsga vármegyében a török sereget, amiért 1397-ben mocsói bán címet kapott. Maróthy Mihály 1597-ben pápai várkapitány volt. Maróthy György, az 1730-as években a zürichi, baseli egyetemeket, a holland akadémiákat látogatta, hazatérve ő volt aki kidolgozta a magyar számtantanítás első módszertanát.

A Maróthy család címere a magyar családcímerek között igen ritka szép címer - azon kevesek egyike, amelyben virág és kígyó a címerkép.
Álló kerektalpú pajzs kék mezejében, pajzsláb zöld halomjából fölemelkedő ötágú leveles fehér rózsa, betűzve egy fatörzsbe, melyen egy kígyó körben tekeredik. Sisak: jobbra fordult, nyitott sisakkoronával. Sisakdísz: kitört szárnyak közt beszúrt háromágú rózsa. Takaró: kék-arany, vörös-ezüst.Megjegyzendő, hogy a rózsa kap főszerepet a nemesi címerben.



AZ INGATLAN UTÓLSÓ FUNKCIÓJA
Hotel és étterem. Két éttermi helyiség együttesen 80 fő egyideju elhelyezésére alkalmas. A különterem, 15-20 fős társaság részére, konferenciák, tanfolyamok, összejövetelek tartására megfelelő. A hotel rész, 6 db kétágyas, 3 db háromágyas szobával, 2 db apartmannal rendelkezik, valamennyi fürdőszobás, WC-s, tv-vel felszerelt. MARÓTHY MANOR HOUSE - An estate built by a patinated Hungarian noble family between Sárvár and Bükkfürdő

THE MANOR HOUSE:
The Maróthy manor house is located in Zsédeny, Vas county. Plot size: 13,243 sqm, building size 1,450 sqm. The building is in rel good condition, yet partially to be renovated.
Based on the architect expert's opinion, in addition to the existing 750 sqm + 700 sqm total floor - ground floor and attic - it is possible to build an additional 3,090 sqm building on demand based on the relevant building regulations. The manor house is surrounded by a 1.3-hectare arboretum park.

In 1890, the Káldy-Maróthy family built the manor house in a romantic-eclectic style. László Maróthy was probably the one who made plans and had the estate built, but Győző Maróthy was already the owner of the mansion at the time of its construction. The manor house and the buildings belonging to it were owned by the Maróthy family until 1945, after which it was nationalized. Following the fall of socialist era in 1990, the Fiedler family purchased and rebuilt the building. Until a few years ago, the building housed a restaurant and a hotel.


FEATURES:
The geographical location of the Maróthy manor house is excellent. It is located 10 km from Sárvár and Bükfürdő, both towns rich in medicinal waters and baths. It is 45 km from Sopron, 60 km from Eisenstadt /Austria, 26-26 km from Kőszeg and Szombathely.

BUILDING
Style - romantic eclectic. The exterior of the building harmonizes nicely with the environment. The carport in front of the main entrance of the manor house is supported by four columns with a square cross-section at the front and two chapters at the rear. Next to the main entrance, to left and right, the coats of arms of the Maróthy family and the Ajtay family can be seen built into the wall . The corners of the complex are decorated with towers reminiscent of a branch.

The floor plan of the manor house is cross-axis, the roof is a gabled gable roof. Rooms have stucco ceilings and larger walls. An exciting feature of the building is the monogrammed brick collection built into one of the walls of the lower lounge. The front door of the cellar entrance has a risalit-like stepped party. The windows of the building are crossed, the windows are decorated with a discreet armrest and eyebrows broken at arches or at right angles.


MARÓTHY FAMILY
The Maróthy family gave outstanding personalities to Hungarian history. Including but not limited to  the following personalities:  the name Maróthy dates back to the end of the 14th century - in 1391, General János Maróthy won the battle against the Turks twice. King Sigismund then made him his bodyguard and in 1392 Pálülése gave him the village of Arad. He stopped the Turkish army in the county of Bratislava, for which in 1397 he was awarded the title of Ban of Mocsó. In 1597, Mihály Maróthy was a papal castle captain. György Maróthy attended the universities of Zurich and Basel and the Dutch academies in the 1730s and upon returning home he was the one who developed the first methodology of Hungarian mathematics teaching.

The coat of arms of the Maróthy family is a very rare and beautiful coat of arms among Hungarian family coats of arms - one of the few in which the coat of arms is a flower and a snake.
A standing round-footed shield in a blue field, a five-leafed white rose rising from a green pile of shield legs, spun into a tree trunk with a snake wrapped in a circle. Helmet: turned right with open helmet crown. Helmet decoration: a three-pronged rose inserted between broken wings. Blanket: blue-gold, red-silver. It should be noted that the rose plays a major role in the noble coat of arms.

DAS SCHLOSS:
Das Herrenhaus/ Schloss Maróthy befindet sich in Zsédeny, Komitat Vas. Grundstücksgröße: 13.243 m², Gebäudegröße 1.450 m². Das Gebäude ist in rel. gutem Zustand, teils aber zu renovieren.
Nach dem Gutachten des Planungssachverständigen kann neben den bestehenden 750 + 700 m² Gesamtgeschoss - Erdgeschoss und Dachgeschoss - denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude nach Bedarf ein weiteres 3.090 m² großes Gebäude anhand der einschlägigen Bauordnung errichtet werden. Das Herrenhaus ist von einem 1,3 Hektar großen Arboretum-Park umgeben.

Im Jahre 1890 baute die Familie Káldy-Maróthy das Sommerhaus im romantisch-eklektischen Stil. László Maróthy war wahrscheinlich der Träumer und Erbauer des Guts und des Herrenhauses, aber schon Győző Maróthy war zum Zeitpunkt des Baus der Besitzer des Herrenhauses. Das Herrenhaus und die dazugehörigen Gebäude waren bis 1945 im Besitz der Familie Maróthy, danach wurde es verstaatlicht. Nach dem Regierungswechsel in 1990 kaufte die Familie Fiedler das Gebäude und baute es um. Bis vor wenigen Jahren beherbergte das Gebäude ein Restaurant und ein Hotel.

DIE ARCHITEKTUR
Stil - romantisch eklektisch. Das Äußere des Gebäudes harmoniert gut mit der Umgebung. Der Carport vor dem Haupteingang des Herrenhauses wird von vier Säulen mit quadratischem Querschnitt vorne und zwei Kapiteln hinten getragen. Neben dem Haupteingang sind von links und rechts die Wappen der Familie Maróthy und der Familie Ajtay in die Mauer eingebaut. Die Ecken des Komplexes sind mit Türmen geschmückt, die an einen Ast erinnern.
Der Grundriss des Herrenhauses ist querachsig, das Dach ist ein Satteldach. Die Zimmer verfügen über Stuckdecken und größere Wände. Ein spannendes Merkmal des Gebäudes ist die monogrammierte Ziegelsammlung, die in eine der Wände der unteren Lounge eingebaut ist. Die Eingangstür des Kellereingangs hat eine risalitartige Stufenpartie. Die Fenster des Gebäudes waren gekreuzt, und die Fenster waren mit dezenten Armlehnen und geschwungenen oder gebrochenen Augenbrauen geschmückt.


MARÓTHY FAMILIE
Die Familie Maróthy hat der ungarischen Geschichte herausragende Persönlichkeiten gegeben. Einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die folgenden Persönlichkeiten - der Name Maróthy taucht schon Ende des 14. Jahrhunderts auf - in 1391 gewann General János Maróthy zweimal die Schlacht gegen die Türken. König Sigismund machte ihn daraufhin zu seinem Leibwächter und Pálülése schenkte ihm 1392 das Dorf Arad. Er stoppte die türkische Armee im Kreis Bratislava. Daher wurde er 1397 zum Ban von Mocso ernannt. 1597 war Mihály Maróthy päpstlicher Burghauptmann. Das Wappen der Familie Maróthy ist ein sehr seltenes schönes Wappen unter den ungarischen Familienwappen - eines der wenigen, in dem das Wappen eine Blume und eine Schlange zu finden ist. Ein stehender Rundfußschild in blauem Feld, eine fünfblättrige weiße Rose, die sich aus einem grünen Haufen Schildbeine erhebt, zu einem Baumstamm gesponnen mit einer im Kreis gewickelten Schlange. Helm: rechts gedreht mit offener Helmkrone. Helmdekoration: eine dreizackige Rose zwischen gebrochenen Flügeln. Decke: Blau-Gold, Rot-Silber Zu beachten ist, dass die Rose im Adelswappen eine große Rolle spielt.


DIE LETZTE FUNKTION DER IMMOBILIE
Hotel und Gaststätte. Zwei Restauranträume zusammen bieten Platz für 80 Personen gleichzeitig. Der private Raum eignet sich für eine Gruppe von 15-20 Personen, für Konferenzen, Seminare und Versammlungen. Der Hotelteil verfügt über 6 Doppelzimmer, 3 Dreibettzimmer, 2 Appartements, alle mit Bad, WC und TV. Im anderen Flügel des Gebäudes - einem ehemaligen Privathaus - befinden sich 8 weitere Zimmer im Bau. 4 weitere Doppelzimmer mit Bad und WC sind geplant. Die Gesamtnettofläche des Gebäudes beträgt 1.450 m².
